Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the products, you may return products to us for EXCHANGE only. Any hair extensions/ lashes that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. Altered products/hair extensions such as (but not limited to) unwrapped bundles, washed, removal of bands and/or tags or worn lash/hair extensions sales will be final. Regular priced items may be exchanged; however, all sales items are final and cannot be exchanged. This also includes all beauty products and lashes. NO REFUNDS!
Before using your new product,or hair extension, please inspect thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color, and texture desired. Please do not remove any labels, bands, rubber bands and/ or zip ties. Please note that the color of hair extensions and wigs may vary per computer monitor. Advertised pictures will vary because of this.
Please note Black Label extensions are in their natural state, therefore, no 2 bundles will look alike. Advertised pictures will vary because of this. Once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online.
All Exchange request (exception for wigs, please see wig policy below) must be submitted/returned within 15 days after purchase (15 days = date package left our facility to date return is received by our facility). Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back to the customer. Exchanges must be equal or greater value. Coupon codes, promotions, or gift certificates received are non-transferable to the new exchange order. NO REFUNDS

It is our constant endeavor to offer you the best shopping experience and to have you completely satisfied with your purchase. We adhere to very stringent compliance standards and all our full lace wigs and lace front wigs are made from absolutely natural and premium 100% remy human hair. Customer satisfaction is of paramount significance to us and therefore we have a lucidly laid out return policy to keep you informed of the procedures that govern all exchanges, returns or changes to existing orders.
We DO NOT Accept Returns for Reasons due to:
- Buyers Remorse
- Wrong Color Ordered
- Wrong Length Ordered
- Wrong Texture Ordered
- Wrong Size Ordered

You must open a support ticket to request permission to return any product. We will document the ticket or call and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which is required for all returns.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product or wig and the re-shipping of any exchange or repaired wig. We advise you return the unit with Signature Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. You must include $12.95 with your wig for re-shipping of the exchange.
We realize that purchasing a lace wig is an investment and may be difficult for some customers. We want to make sure that your shopping experience at NuMe Collections a pleasant one that you will be very happy with. Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 72 hours (3 business days), to exchange your wig as long as the terms are met below and the wig is still in its brand new condition. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, hair products applied such as glue, hair spray, shampoo etc., or that have the extra lace cut off, or the hair cut or trimmed. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you can send it back for an exchange. *Restocking fee may apply, see below.
The following Policy does not apply to Sale, Clearance or Discontinued Items which are not returnable or exchangeable.
Terms of Condition for Qualifying for Exchange:
If you get your wig and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 72 hours upon receiving your unit. This is required in order to properly process your request. No Exceptions. If you meet the terms below, you will be issued a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
DO NOT ALTER the wig in any way - read below. If you meet the below terms, we will offer you an exchange.
We do not accept returns for buyers remorse of custom wigs meaning you picked the wrong color, length, style, texture or measured wrong. ALL WIGS COME WITH A MEDIUM CAP. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT SIZE CAP, PLEASE LEAVE US A NOTE ON THE CHECK OUT PAGE OR EMAIL US.
We only offer exchanges. We do not issue refunds. The 20% Re-Stocking fee will apply as outlined below.
We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and that have been altered in any way. All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met.
We do not accept Returns on wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

- · DO NOT Tear or Rip the Lace
- · DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit
- · DO NOT Put products on the Unit
- · DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit
- · DO NOT dye the Unit
- · DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us
- · DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
- · DO NOT Perm the Unit
- · DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit
- · DO NOT WEAR the Unit
- · DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag
- · Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our no return policy.
If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We DO NOT issue refunds. If you meet the terms of condition, you will receive an exchange, remake or in-store credit.
Please note: Please be careful when applying and removing your unit and always follow the care instructions that are included with your unit. We REQUIRE that you read these instructions first in its entirety prior to doing anything to your unit. We will not be responsible for units that are ripped, torn, or damaged by the customer after receipt. Units that are ripped or torn by the customer after receipt are not covered under this return policy. However, you may send your unit in for repair. Review our Repair Service by searching “Repair Service” on the website.
20% Restocking Fee may apply to returns. Units must be in their brand new condition as stated above and returned within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt of your RMA number. (Example: Wig cost $400 - Restocking fee would be $80). We CAN NOT waive the 20% Re-Stocking fee under any circumstance. No refunds will be issued.
We do not refund shipping charges.
